Having the role I do at Heritage Building Society (the largest building society in Australia - couldn't resist the plug!!!!!) I see lots of great service experiences that our staff provide and I hear wonderful stories from our fantastic members. What I do find difficult is getting a consistent service ethic across all of the branches and mini branches. It seems that Ethos has managed to do that particularly well and I am keen to find out how.
