What to bring to your first appointment

Your first appointment is all about getting to know you and what sort of treatment your teeth need.

To help with that, we need you to bring:

  • Your referral from your dentist (if you have one – it is not necessary to get a referral)
  • Any recent mouth X-rays
  • Your completed medical questionnaire
